looking to build a ls2 402 motor
looking to build a ls2 402 motor Well plans just keep changing I was gonna stroke my ls1 but I have deside just to go ahead and build a ls2. I want to put together a nice motor that should safely handle a 200 shot of N2O. I am probably only gonna spray 100-150 at it but I just want to me safe. also I am on a budget so relly pricy parts are out. I have no problem with getting all different parts and putting it together like I don't need a stroker kit. what would some of you recomend as far as crank, rods, and pistons. lunati is just out of my price range, and I want to go nicer than a Eagle kit. I am going to put the motor together myself. I work in a dealership and I am getting a good deal on the block and I have all the tools and know how to put it together I just want to know what would be some good parts.

I run an Eagle crank and rods to 7500rpm and have no problems. I havea set of custom Diamond pistons for 14.5 compression and the motor is ment to take 300-350 shot of N20. If I have gone 9.82 with Eagle stuff I think you'll be O.K
