Ok, that makes sense. So you purchased the L76 intake complete with injectors, rails, and throttle body from SDPC. The injectors has the part number 12576341 on it which is the part number for the LS7 injector. They will need adapter harnesses because they are an EV6 type injector and the LS1 harness is for EV1 type injectors. I didn't realize there was a change in pressure between the LS1, LS2, and LS7. I thought it was all the same. If I remember correctly, I though that LS1 fuel pressure is around 52-53, but I could be wrong. Either way, what is the size of the LS7 injector AND at what pressure which is important.

It's the exact same part number. Obviously that means they were just tested at different pressures.

That is a good answer and makes sence, just wasn't obvious to me on first look. Sounds like a pretty good guess though.

EDIT: I thought it might have jsut been a mis print like when it was printed that the L92 had a forged steel crank.

It only takes ~3psi line pressure to make up that difference too. 40 vs. 42 would be a big deal if you were trying to match some you already had. Assuming you can get 8 in a matched set, then 40 vs. 42 are basically the same upgrade (the power levels they would support are so close I'd group them together). I'm sure if some posts the L92 fuel rail pressure and the LS7 rail pressure we'll see a ~3psi difference.

Will there need to be any adapting/modifications to run the fuel rails that come with the L76 intake kit? The rails should be LS2.

How do I obtain duty cycle? I was going to buy the kit, if the injectors are not enough, then I'll sell them. But I need to know how I get the duty cycle of the injectors? Is that something you calculate or is it obtained through tuning software?

Lastly, are GM, particularly the LS7, flowmatched?

You lost me here. The rails come already bolted to the intake.

Tuning software will definitely tell you, which is fine since you'll be tuning it anyway it'll be right there.

Some meters like the Fluke 88V/A will also tell you without having to open the computer at all.

Most injector sets are +/- 1%. I really don't think an OEM would be different... they stand a lot to lose if it starts wrecking motors. (Of course, I wouldn't know unless I have these flow tested).

I knew that if I bought the intake kit complete, that the fuel rail would be bolted to the intake, but my question was, is it going to fit with LS1 factory line/connection (the portion that feeds the rails).

I won't be tuning it and I know nothing about tuning. I do, but not on the actual software portion. What I was wanting to know is if the software shows you the duty cycle or if it was something you obtain by calculating various numbers.

The software shows duty cycle directlu. The connector is the same style as and appears to be in the same place as the one on my TA.
