L92 heads/L76 intake
Ok...a complete intake comes with fuel rails, injectors, and throttle body. Injectors are 40 lbs. and the throttle body is 90mm and will only work in a Corvette because of the fly by wire design. At this point, the intake can only be bought complete or bare. So you're stuck with the throttle body if you're planning to use it in an application other than a Corvette.
Will the LS1 F-body injector harnesses work with the L76 injectors and function properly?
About how much power do the fuel rails support? Any more than the LS1 fuel rails?
Will a Nick Williams 90mm throttle body or any aftermarket 90mm throttle body work on the L76 intake manifold?
Will FAST or other aftermarket fuel rails work on the L76 intake manifold?
Is there room for improvement on the intake? Not sure if anyone has reworked it any as I haven't seen any posts or claims. I know its a one-piece design which makes it hard to port/clean up. The LS2 is a one-piece design as well and it has had great luck with those who have reworked them.

I won't be the one doing it, but since this combo is so new, I'm sure the experts/cam gurus haven't figured out what works best. I'm going drive by wire in my 76 vega with a corvett pedal and tach module setup with my speartech harness so there are some options.
I have read the L92 intake has 40's for injectors as its feeding a 6.2L but I thought the L76 had slightly smaller ones as its feeding a 6.0. I havent read every word of the tons of posts on it now but last I ask that was the answer.
Also I'm not sure if my L92 intake has a 90mm TB or slightly smaller so I'll have to measure it. If it isn't a 90 I may have to pick one up from someone that buys this and doesn't need it.

I gathered some info from another recent thread posted by a sponsor and if the info is indeed correct, then aftermarket 90mm throttle bodies will work. Not sure on a C6 throttle body.
It also seems that the injectors will work as well, you'll need harness adapters though.

imo your best solution to the problem is to sell your motor and trans complete with harness...
then go and buy an LS2 harness and computer either new or used

This is probably a cheaper solution

Then sell the throttle body on ebay. I doubt they will fetch $250 a piece though if there is a flood of them to hit ebay.

What aftermarket valvetrain is going to be offered for the L92 heads like, valves, springs/retainers, rocker arms, etc.? I know that the exhaust rocker arms are the same as the LS1, but the intake rockers are L92 specific as they're offset.

Hi All: Does anyone know if we need new valve covers and coil brackets to use with these heads or will ls1 or 6.0 Lq4 valve covers fit and clear the rockers? Also what about the coolant line under the manifold do we need a new one? Is it include in the complete intake package? Will an Ls6 one work? Could you use ls1 or SVO30 injectors on this manifold with an aftermarket fuel rail like the one from Ls1Speed. The throttle bracket looks like it would work? The problem talked about in the other post was which way the blade opened in or out at the top. It would have an effect on part throttle operation. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if aftermarket fuel rails will work with the L76 intake? How about SVO 42 lb. injectors? A sponsor has already verified that aftermarket 90mm throttle bodies for LSX motors will work.

I like yourself have many questions regarding the L92/L76 combo. I asked smcperformanceinc they are an eBay corvette specialty shop and they stated that all of my current LS2 intake manifold parts will work on the L76 minus the injectors and that I would need to use LS7 42# injectors, factoring in what currently works on an LS2 aftermarket hi performace parts wise should help some.

The complete L76 package comes with 40lb injectors.

The fuel rails are 5/8" (they appear giant to me but what do I know) :o You do have to deal with the crossover, although I would think you could put another fitting on the rear of the passenger side rail if you think the crossover can't do the job.

Would the 40 lb. injectors be too small for a 550-600 rwhp engine? This is what I hope to be making as far as power goes. What size was the LS1 fuel rail? 1/2"?

Those injectors would be too small for that application. They're fine to 500bhp and maybe some past that, but 550-600 at the ground is wayy more than that.
