Theres alot of "learning" mistakes in those heads...Ill let the good head porters notice the valve guide area on the intake side of things...

Mike I dont know if you talk to Casey Schneider or Brandon Frank, but they kept a very close eye on Cesar's progress with those things. Trust me, there were no messups as I saw these things come together.

I know you know Chris Frank as well as I. I am a good friend of his and trust me, he knows that if Casey will let them go and give the go ahead, they are fine.

I had an set of conventional 18 degree heads on my vette that have similar peak flow #'s. 608 RWHP locked with a fairly flat torque curve. Those flow #'s, with compression, and a cam to take advantage of them should hit 600's.

V6Turd's problem is that there's an extra intake and exhaust port on those badboys, so he can't use them on his little motor.

Tuf-Titan, I'm glad you like your new toys! I got to hear all about them during the porting process, from velocities to flow #'s...they're gonna make serious power, no doubt!

Only if he gets a custom Jay Allen cam, huh Cesar

Titan,
what exhaust valves are ugonna go with? u are not going to use the
stock 1.59's?
my heads flow way less than that on the intake,
but the guy (mikey s./SAM grad.) that is working
mine has turned down sodium ls6 valves to 1.615 for the exhaust
since they are goin on my tt 375 and i am using the stock 2.16 on the intake
but all he did on there was light short turn and bowl/valve throat work
nothing major but they picked up a few cfm all over from .200 to .600

Some port shaping irregularities are visable that could be easily fixed im sure too.

hmmm....and who are you to criticize my ports??? Im guessing your just going off what your buddy chris says cause I see absolutely nothing wrong with the vlave guide area or anything else...the port with all the bondo is going to be what the finished port is going to look like.
