The offset (slanted) rockers are the 1.8 LS7s and the straight rockers are the 1.7 LS1 correct? Can you run 2 different sizes?

No, both ls7 and l92 heads have an offset intake valve. And judging by the picture those 1.8's wont work. They're too far over the tip of the valve from the picture, but to really be sure you'll want to check the valve wipe.

So what rockers do we use on L92 heads? I thought the LS7's would work. Could you just run the LS7 exhaust rocker then? It would be nice to give the exhaust a little extra umph.

As far as I know the only l92 rocker option are stock L92 rockers. So far.

8 LS1 exhaust rockers and 8 L92 intake rockers with the Harland Sharp mod. That's what I'll be using on my L92 heads.

That should be a stout and cost effective setup if you're doing the HS mod to all 16 rockers.

Does the Harland Sharp mod offer any performance benifits or is it just to get rid of the possibility of needle bearings falling all over if the stockers failed?

Also have some extra offset L92 rockers I was going to sell or do this too or both.

Nate_Taufer, yes, I had planned on doing that to all 16 rocker arms.

Rock_Daddy, you might want to PM Nate at Nasty or call Harland Sharp directly. They'll probably have the best and quickest answer for you. Also, did you purchase a set of assembled L92 heads? If so, did it come with rocker arms? If not, how did you end up with an extra set?

thats cool, i wasnt trying to be a smartass or anything.

theres really nothing worth trying on these heads yet. i would think that we could do the old hot rod ttrick of using diff ratio rockers... keep 1.7 stockers for the intake and use aftermarket 1.8s for the exhaust.

Is there any reason that the 1.8s won't work in the exhaust?

I don't even think I would want a 1.8 rocker. It would require a custom cam grind with a really lazy lobe just so you won't end up breaking springs from too much lift. That pretty much puts LSK cams out of the question.
