all specs off my cam card thta im stuck using for now
let me guess the -13cc is hurting the SCR?
and that cam isnt helping either?
It ain't helping... I'm running the same piston in my C5's 408. My chambers are 62cc giving me around 11.3 SCR.
what causing such low DCR then?
what causing such low DCR then?
I was going by a 65cc chamber and .008 OTH. At 67cc, you're at 10.6/7.7
what is causing the DCR so low
could advancing the cam anymore help at all?
seems like with this cam this will be a total dog down low

my first goal was 11.5 scr but since the -13cc they say i cant acheive that. i even went with the .040 gasket to help out
cam is in but i can pull it out and advance it some if needed to...what do you think +2*...what would that do for the power band and the RPM range along with the DCR
if i could sell it, it would be gone tomorrow
any ideas????? cam is expandable, heads im comitted to, i cant take more off and head gaskets are comiitted to...so only leaves the cam
since motor is comitted to also
The -13cc dished pistons really put a hurt on SCR and DCR.

i spun this motor over by hand with just one head on and on the compression stroke it gets somewhat resistant compared to others motors i spun over... i spun over a 11.1 6.0 and it wasnt as resistant as this 408 is.....which makes me think i should be higher then 10.8
especially since a 67cc head which they claim is 10.6
It is 10.6 with a .04 gasket.
