Default What is the stock LS2 injector size?

I am wondering what the stock LS2 injector size is. I am putting on a L76 intake and was wondering if the injectors are a different size than stock.

If so do I need a new mass-air meter for correct calibration.

This is crazy, I would think someone could help me out. Nobody is running L92 heads/L76 intake on a stock LS2. I am trying to figure this out. I want to know what needs to be done mass air wise to make the new injectors work and what size cam I can run with the L92 heads milled .030.

I want to order a cam soon so please help,

Thanks.....Josh

Josh,

Stock LS2 injectors (at least on the GTO) are 32 lb/hr. The L76 injectors (that come with the assembled intake) are 40 lb/hr just like the LS7 injectors (or at least that's what Scoggin-Dickey says. Hope this helps.

Correct, LS2 ~ 32 and LS7 ~ 40. The complete L76 intake assembly come with the LS7 injectors.

The plug changed from the GenIII motors to the GenIV motors. I believe he's already got an LS2, just changing intakes to the L76. His connectors should be the same.

Yes sir, they will work perfect! In fact, the L76 complete intake comes with an LS2 fuelrail and LS7 injectors.
