Whats your compression ratio? Also is the cost huge to have greg go over the 245's?

Is the engine carrying up in the higher rpm's?

It's too bad the weather wasn't better today. Raining where I am.

yes, pulled all the way to 6700rpms fast. Was flat peak power from 5900-6700 from what ben told me. So for the last 1k she stayed at 520rwhp! Not bad for a heavy A4!!Greg I will send you my dyno sheet. But she did pull way up high alot better. Thanks so much!

James car has some tweaked ET 5.3 heads and a diffrent cam. IIRC it made some 530's on a better day than today and runs 9.90's on a good track.

Greg..... just wanted to ask you, when you finish those L92's, feel free to send me a cam suggestion. I am interested in your input on the cam choice.

I have spoke in detail with Erik about it.

guys, this car is freaking bad. She pulls like I have never seen. From a dig, no way! From a 40 roll I left 50 feet of rubber before I let out to get her to hook! I punched it at 70 and she will put you in the back seat!! Guys this motor is a mean mother! Thanks to everyone. We haven`t even sprayed the 200 shot yet!!

What questions do you have? The compression is around 11.25 to one as he already said. 8cc dish pistons and 64cc head.

He can PM Greg just like you can for that as he's already posting in the same thread. Just keep in mind that Greg isn't a cookie cutter head porter that will get your heads back to you that same week and he also has lots of work already without any LS1 stuff at all. He's also not a sponsor on here right now and is probably not going to give you any prices on his work publicly since it would depend on what you wanted him to do in reality.

He was nice enough to help us out on this project as these heads were very damaged in a few chambers when we got them. I am sure he would be happy to do work for you or anyone else that can pay and is not wanting their heads back in two weeks like the majority of LS1tech members. Just remember that real head porters already have a hell of a lot of people in line before you have ever talked to them. If you are fine with that then you and Mr. Good will probably get along just fine and the wait and price will be well worth it!

If not there's always someone willing to do a faster and worse job for cheaper! I can hook you up with plenty of those "head porters!" Just PM Greg yourself and he can talk to you that way if you want any info.

good post Erik........... but if only you knew how hard it is for some of us ADHD impatient fellas to wait..... I think I am doing a pretty good job waitin!! LOL. His price was only 300.00 more than another head porter. This included putting the springs/retainers/guides in. IMO he does not charge significantly more than anyone else. He charges what the job takes. You get what you pay for and then more; apparently based on his feedback.

As soon as you pay me for the motor you blew up, or the shipping and inspection fees on 5 sets of heads before I got what you promissed from day one. Want to start this crap again? You loose every time.
