I'm so glad I haven't bought a Corvette yet. Sounds like the '08s will be worth the wait!

Does it use the actual L92 block?
Does it use the L76 intake?
The hollow stem valves are a nice upgrade over the regular L92 valves.

Does it use the actual L92 block? Probably
Does it use the L76 intake? Doubtful. Bet it's an upgrade over the car/truck intake.
The hollow stem valves are a nice upgrade over the regular L92 valves. Absolutely.

I wonder if that 2.73 is a typo and actually supposed to be 3.73....2.73 is far from a performance ratio......

If you read further on in the spec charts, 2.56's are standard with the A6, with the 2.73's being optional. All M6's have 3.42's.

Do the math:

C6 with 2.73 ratio = 11.00 starting ratio (4.03 1st gear x 2.73 rear)

C6 with 2.56 ratio = 10.32 starting ratio (4.03 1st gear x 2.56 rear)

F-body with 3.23 gear = 9.88 starting ratio (3.06 1st gear x 3.23 rear)

F-body with 3.73 gear = 11.41 starting ratio (3.06 1st gear x 3.73 rear)

So in a nutshell, even the stock 2.56 gears in the C6 give you more starting ratio than the optional 3.23 gears in the F-body. You would need a 3.73 gear to have a more aggressive starting ratio in an F-body.

LS7 intake flow = 330 cfm
L92 intake flow = 300 cfm

MAF is built in like the LS7 has...

black box = is a airbox bellows like LS1 f-bodies have..
