I was finally able to mock everything up today. So decided to snap a few pics Its just the L92 block, heads, oil pan, L76 intake package, and Nick Williams 90mm TB so far. Rotating assembly should be done by January

I love shiny, precision machined metal. I was once a tool maker.
I sure hope you make lots of power.

Nice!

4.1 stroke I'm guessing? Any work done to the heads?

Yep 4.1. I got the TSP L92 heads. Port and polish, CNC, 5-angle valve job....the works.

I'm hoping for 550rwhp.

Thanks guys!

550rwhp is going to be a lot through an auto. I could see it happening though, but it's going to be close.

Looks like a similar build to yours . I plan on building a similar engine , mines only going to be a 408ci though with a F1 Procharger
You should consider having the intake manifold ported . Seen good gains on the LS7 engines ,L76 intake is similar so it should show some gains . Good luck .

Looks really nice! I don't want to burst your bubble but like stated above.....550 to the rear wheels will be tuff with an auto. I have a built 427,ported LS7 heads and intake with an auto in a Trans Am and I am seeing 535 to the wheels right now. I am running a Ford 9 inch though which robs quite a bit but I just don't want to see you get too attached to the 550 RWHP. It is possible but it will take alot more then you think!Traver

yeah i know there's a chance it won't make quite that number, but its just a goal to shoot for. and if it doesn't....there's always the FAST L76 thats coming out later!
