why decrease future ability,4.125 bore 4.00 stroke will get you there with room to spare.

with the correct parts you can rev a 4'' stroke engine to 9000rpms,i know because i do it quite often, there is no sense in overboring the block

You'll be half way to the moon by the time you get done spinning a 427 to a high enough RPM to generate 725+ HP. Solid roller? Check. Some sort of sheet metal intake? Check. Barely enough money left over for PB&J? Double check.

well ive been saving a ton of money for awhile and bought my 02 camaro as a salvage and ive already planned on a sheetmetal intake as well solid roller but for awhile ive been debating on sacrificing higher rpms or more stroke and lower rpms but more power

you will need to spin it to about 8000rpms for that, you could do it with an eagle crank but you would probably be better with a lunati or callies, put on some nice billet rods and lightweight custom pistons and the bottom end will be fine, for the top end 725 wont be that hard, probably some etp 265's with a nice solid roller and a jesel setup, put on the sheet metal intake and you will be there, but i would keep the 4'' stroke unless you have a car that weighs 2500lbs-torque is still what gets the job done

The car would be a track car only with **** for low end torque. It would not be fun on the street at all. If that is what you are building have at it. I really feel you could do better going a different route imo.
