To get the best recommendation, you'll need to be very honest in what type of power band you're going to want. Also, what type of intake will you be running? Reason why I ask is lots of people are starting to run the GMPP single plane for the L92 heads with excellent results. That intake manfold will want an earlier intake valve open/close and a slightly later exhaust valve open/close. Nitrous will want an earlier EVO. If nitrous, how much and how often? What do your flow numbers look like at various lifts for I/E? So many questions to be answered. This is why all of the better cam guys use a long questionaire to gather as much info as possible.

^^^^ Patrick would be a very good person for you take take this up with. He can design a cam for your specific needs. There is nothing better than a cam ground to suite your personal style of driving and requirements.

I would like to have good power under the curve with some good low and mid range torque for driving on the street. I will mostly use the spray at the track and I'll being a progressive 200 shot. I was think of using the TSP L92s for my head selection and I was hoping someone would have come out with a better intake for these heads by now instead of using the L76. I don't really like the carb style intake though so I guess I'm stuck with the L76 until then.

You're absolutely right, I have read a many a thread with nothing but good things to say about his cams. I have also read good thing about Rick at Synergy as well that's why I would leaning toward these guys.

Here some spec on the combo

TSP L92s
72 CC Combustion Chamber
.51 head gasket
1 CC dome L92 Wiseco piston
.010 out of the hole
around 11.5-1 CR

I will also be using 1-7/8 headers as well.

I have also seen cases where cams with quite a bit of overlap work well with the L92 heads...so I'm kind of stuck right now on my decision. As of late though, I have been looking heavily at the Livernoise Stage 2R (or even stg 3, but probably a tad wild for a street setup) cam for L92's. It looks to be exactly what I want as far as specs, but I don't really know anything else about it as far as real world performance goes. Let me know what you decide on! and good luck!
I went with the TSP Texas Giant and dynoed on my 408 in Colorado 531.8 and 481.1

You have some really nice numbers but the L92s are harder to cam than the cathedral part heads.
