No, complete Hex-Adjust setup including sprockets. Bought from Lingenfelter. To my knowledge, chain is not available without the set. Now I have to decide whether or not to sell the JWIS chain I bought.

back from the dead...

Does anyone know if the Comp single row 3158KT set uses the same pitch as GM's LS2 factory chain? i.e. can I use the two chains interchangeably on the Comp gears?

I have been told by Cloyes that the chain provided by the aftermarket setup and the LS2 chain are one and the same. Since Cloyes makes the Comp setup, it is likely the chain is the same Renold LS2 chain. You can verify with Cloyes by their tech line.

Here is a good question....IF the IRL chain were still available for a short time only....would anyone be interested? Avail either just the chain or in an LS1/2 timing set

I heard that Cloyes still had some in storage. Here's the old page from their catalog, IRL chain description is bottom right.

Cloyes Hex-adjust will work also. If you buy the set, it comes with the LS2 chain which you can sell and get back some of the money. This allows you to degree/adjust the cam if required.

to update...i took some pics today and update the for sale thread

There are 25 left....sold as chain, or in a timing set, or a killer deal with timing set and 2 piece front cover. I can also make a package deal with a regular LS2 cover (includes gasket, seal, sensor, harness, cover, and bolts) and a gm crank bolt or arp crank bolt for a good deal as well.
