Should I start a StreetSweeper-HT / L92 hp-tq pool?

Gerry, can you post the dyno log file on here? Just for curiosity sake.
Also, can you put the full cam details up now that the results are in? Valve events etc.
In the PID, do you have the calculated hp setup with a % of loss, if not 15% from your 513 puts you at the 435 on the dyno.

Here's cam info.

I've been out of town the past two weekends, so I haven't had a chance to look at the results much. I finally did, and noticed a couple things...first, the AFR out of whack was a total newb tuner mistake. Looks like I used the smoothing tool on the MAF tables, and never verified those changes before the dyno.
I also noticed in the log I've posted above, that there's an anamoly that starts at 5200 RPM. WTF is that? It does not happen on street runs. I know it is not the timing charts because I have runs with the same timing tables I ran to verify the tune prior to the dyno. When I got home this weekend...I looked at the printout with all my runs from the 19th, and verified the anomaly.

Agree. It's way too rich. Even your spark tuning at WOT could be off running that rich. After you calibrate your MAF, take a look at your spark again and make sure you get absolutely no knock before you go back to the dyno.

Lean her out see how it goes, then find mean best timing on the dyno. I ran 12.4@109 mph in a 3900lb heavy weight, stock cam and L92 heads with bolt ons. I am expecting 118mph with my cam swap and other bits and pieces in cold air. It should get over 115mph not a problem with your setup or something is not right.
I ran only 24 degrees of timing on that run with 21 through the dip. any more the engine would knock. I got some advice from ed and Kevin. Going lower with DCR with a bigger cam I have ran 30 not a problem. They do infact love timing especially with bigger cams. I am unsure of your compression but if its under 11:1 it will take more then 30 degrees and still make power. Good luck
