why would the cam be any more expensive than a sbc roller cam with a dist gear and fuel pump lobe?

Well im not saying it will be anymore expensive than a roller cam, but we could see higher prices for the first years since production for them will be rare. Plus on top (if necessary) new head springs for that new aftermarket cam swap that im sure prices could be a bit higher than usual. I just cant wait to see the aftermarket parts that will be released/produced when this 2014 LT1 hits the local dealers and streets with their new owners.

70 Nova LS3 connect and cruise crate motor and trans. Has any one tried to use the GM accessory drive pn 19155067 in a Nova? The air conditioning compressor is mounted low passenger side but looks like it might fit by the sub frame.
This will be a driver so I don't want to spend $2K on a billet drive system.
The GM part is complete with everything for about $800. The crate motor comes bare with nothing up front.

interested to see what the new Z06 will have since the new Z28 is will get the 500hp LS7.... anything on that?
