Not to throw stones, but could you make that a complete sentence? Or a few of them?

In all the articles I have read about the new Gen V engine, there is no mention of Flex-fuel capability.

My grandfather always warned against buying the first year of any new model, new engine, or new transmission. These days I don't believe the risk is what it was when he got burned.
But if I was buying a 2014 'vette, the day after I drove it home, the long scenic route, the stock cam would be in transit to Comp. I think that would void my warranty.
Maybe grinding the heads would, maybe not, but I'd at least polish the exhaust ports, then get them flowed.
I know lots of rich old guys will leave their 2014 'vettes unmodified, and just want to be seen in the latest extreme styling exercise that also sounds good.
But I doubt these guys will ever drive the car to the point of warranty claims.

Id rather wait at least 2-3 years before buying one. Never know what first issues we can see on the 2014 LT1

I would wait 3 years just so I can buy the first year model at a discounted rate.
