too damn much man. look into something like the hookers, jet hots or pacesetters. why blow 800 more bucks for like 5-9 more hp. i know its stainless steel. but the ceramic coated is good enough. dont get me wrong, do it right the first time and all, but there is nothing wrong with the mildly priced headers. oh by the way, hookers headers are stainless also. dont know how much they cost though.

I got my kooks from SDPC (sponcer---->) $700 for the headers and 225 for the ory. They are expencive but I have no regrets spending the extra $$, well worth it IMO.

most of the people even say that HP gained from pacesetters will be the same as from kooks. As everyone will say: long tubes are long tubes....

I have hookers which are not stainless. They are ceramic coated. They are rusted at the collectors. People don't spend the money for the extra hp. They spend it so they won't have to buy new ones in a couple years.

I know with out a doubt that these are the finest quality, but my Pacesetters were impressive as well. I paid $250 shipped for mine (I got a really good deal!!) I installed them myself which was too easy and my SOTP meter spoke volumes about what kind of power I gained. I just don't see how the little if any hp gained with these is worth the extra money. If I had all kinds of money, I'd fork out for SS without hesitation. Obviously it is better. But with that money I saved, I can invest in other mods and more than make up for what little hp I may have lost by going with the Pacesetters. I live in the rain capital of the world and this is my DD, but they are holding up very well so far. No hints of rust. With that said, I still believe that Kooks are the best out there. I just won't justify the extra money.

I've purchased and installed two sets of Kooks...both on '02 WS6's. Cheapest I've paid, JUST FOR THE HEADERS, was $779.00 from More Performance.
