Most mail order turbo kits would not require this k-member unless the kit was just redesigned around it. We asked BMR to make these modifications to the k-member to allow us more room when we do our large twin turbo kits.

See how the downpipes have to fit over where the factory A/C was? With the new BMR Turbo K-member we can now run downpipes on either side.
