I've been lurking for a while (2 years or so, LOL!) so I figured I'd finally sign up.
I was one of the early ones on LS1.com (10/98), aka SAM98TAM6 over there.

Sold my T/A and left the LS1 realm 'till a few months ago when I picked up my GTO.
Combination Motorsports is currently building me a 408 for it, so I'm back in the saddle again, so to speak.

To be honest, I sold my TA and bought a Viper. I loved the car, but after a year and realizing that I didn't want to spend 7k for a heads/cam setup, I came back to my senses.

Eh, just a dyno pull at 450 miles.
It did 290rwhp then.
At 960 miles I put a cam in the dumb thing, and now, with 1,700 miles, I'm having an engine built.
I think I'm retarded.

I seem to be missing the torque of my old RT/10.....

 

Sam, no matter what you build, you will still be a slow old man,j/k you know i think the GTO is pimp, cant wait til they get the ls2. see you sunday...
