Red Striped WS6 Trans Am from NJ
Hi All!
I'm in NJ, have owned my firebird for 5.5 years now, since new It's an early 2000 car, WS6 Trans Am Ram Air, #81 by ASC.
My website: http://www.marshu.com/ws6-car-pontia...am-ram-air.php
The firebird has gone through 2 stripe sets. My lastest (3 years old) is a take-off on the 30th anniversary model, wearing 2-tone red stripes on hood, t-roof, spoiler top and hatch. the hood has birds on each scoop. there's also matching red trans am emblems and a rear filler. The older set was a take-off on the blackbird car, with two-tone blue un front and two-tone blue on the spoiler tips - my personal design.
I also have the rare 'salad shooter' rims from 2000 (only model year). Some have never even seen them in person, they were maybe on 1-5% of all WS6 models that year. I have personally have never seen another car with these rims.
I have a website (see sig), which covers the car very well, it also has notes on firebirds, rare TV commercial videos, production numbers, etc.
Thanks to all for reading Feel free to ask questions...

Welcome! I like those stripes, you have quite a unique WS6 there. I have to admit, I'm warming to the salad shooters, when I first saw them I thought they were the ugliest wheels ever. Now, they don't look so bad to me, maybe because they are so rare.

That's a GOOD lookin T/A!! She is a BEAUTY! The more I see em, yours as a perfect example, the more I think my next car will be a WS6. White withg the red looks awesome, and the wheels... I don't know if I like them or not, but they certainly don't detract from the visual quality of your car! Congrats again, and welcome!

btw,the stripes are not 'exactly' a 30th ws6 package, they're fatter on the spoiler and the deck, by at least 50%.
