Most of the guys on the site are nice and respectful; it's only a handful in the city I live in that are rude and act like I am stupid when I make a comment. 
Me and my husband built our motor together and have pretty good results for NA. 
It does get to me when I say something I am certain is right, then they say "No, that's not right" or "Your car is not fast". If I wanted their 2 cents I'd ask for it. 
I do not know everything but I am very knowledgeable about the motor. That's more than most people know about! And, on top of that I am a female bracket racer! I plan to be one of the best and believe me I am very ambitious. Keep up the good work gals and let's kick some boy butt!!

hey just thought I'd post up. as you can see i'm not "new" just don't post a lot 
anyways, I've owned my WS6 since 2004 and am slowly doing mods to it. I spend a lot of my time reading up about cars, ls1's specifically. I also do work on my car with the help of my grandfather. I am better at doing appearance mods than mechanical though lol. Although I do all my own lube changes. k, well enough of my rant, it's nice to see the ladies posting up.
oh and REV_IT_UP I love your car, you need some updated picks on fquick

I gotta say, this is a first as far as giving women an opportunity to post up. I think it's awesome hearing about the ladies being interested as well as involved in working on cars, or even just going to meets to hang out.
By the way, yes I do drive a Cobalt, it is Supercharged and is capable of low 13's to possibly very high 12's as she sits now but is very tough getting her there cause of it being wrong wheel drive.(Borrowed that one from my local speed shop guru. lol) Anyways, I do have an LS1 build in the works which is why I'm on here.
I just wanted to show my support to all the GM car lovin chicas out there, keep on keepin on.

Ya know, the good thing about this thread, is that it does encourage the females to post up more. The bad thing however, is you don' t see many of these ladies posting much of anything else on the forums. Post up ladies, let us know that you visit other threads as well!
