Newbie from TEXAS- HOOYAH! My name is David, and as subject says- I just joined the forums. Been a chevy fan all my life. Was born and raised in Texas, though finally moved back in January after a small detour in Louisiana-lol.
I have already learned a ton of great stuff from this site, and just want to say thanks in advance for anymore advice I may receive, not to mention thanks for a place where I can talk to other chevy/GM enthusiasts.
At this moment, don't know for sure what chassis/body I want to get- (leaning toward the 1970 Camaro- I know it'll be alot of extra work and money, but I just like the look). What I do know is that I will put a Gen III in it and tune it for road-racing. My dad used to do the whole street rod thing at my age, so I plan on taking technical information that I learn here- and have his experience to help me when I muck up-lol.
