New Georgia owner here
Hello Everyone,
I'm a diehard Ford man but I couldn't resist the look of the trans Am anymore. I just picked up a 1998 Trans Am with T-Tops and automatic trans. Nice body and interior. It's that purple color. I just love the way they look especially that ram air hood.
Anyways I am not new to building fast cars, just new to the LS1. I currently have a 2005 Saab Turbo 9-3 Convertible, and an 11 sec. Ford Escort.(Big traction issues but a wonderful sleeper) I actually sold my twin turbo Crown Vic to get this. I hope to learn alot here and I apologize for any stupid questions in advance.

I'm currently F-body-less but have had 6 that were pretty decent. Back in the late 90's I had a hunter green 96 Z28 with Pro-charger and a built 355cid, then had a couple of black LT1's, one with nitrous and bolt ons and one with a 530rwhp Vortech/355 combo.
Then I stepped up to an LS1, had a NBM Futral h/c combo with spray, went 10.89 @ 128 and a fairly stockish A4 1999 daily driver after that.
Have you spent any time on the local Columbus board that was up for a while? It's gone up and down a few times, but there are some pretty consistent people on it, nice guys:
