Not new here, but...

I just bought my first LS1 F-body yesterday. Ive been lurking/posting around the site for general info on my LT1 car...

My TA is getting close to be ready for tuning and drag racing, and its been along time coming on the buildup... But I got sick of driving the 05 silverado so I went and bought another F-bod to keep stock as a driver.

I got a Red '01 SS Hardtop M6 w/53,7xx miles on it
The car has some flaws for sure, but for five years old its in tiptop condition.
I'll try to get some pics up this week.
Its got a Magnaflow catback on it and a shortened Pro5.0 shifter, thats it. Everything else is stock, although I can tell it had a different stereo in it at one time. (BIG power wire running back from the battery)

Anyway, its my new slow car (compared to the TA anyway) daily driver. How many people on here can say that their LS1 car IS there slow car???

Thanks, its fun for sure... And gets way more attention than the TA used to when it was stock. It still cant top the appeal of a loud drag car on slicks though
