No doubt!! this is my first f-body to own so I'm siked. My buddy has owned several and he finally talked me into it. lol. Just cant decide what to do first!! theres so much stuff ive gotta learn. Its a whole different story with an ls1 than tuners. Any ideas on a couple good first mods that arent too too expensive??

hey congrats!! first mods: air lid & k&n, throttle body, maf, catback. that should be a good start. you might also want to invest in some sub-frame connectors.

It already has an SLP lid and K&N filter, but I am a dealer for Amsoil so I'll be putting an Amsoil filter in it. Also already has a magnaflow catback. Was planning on doing the t/b bypass this weekend. I have been reading about doing the sub frame connectors. Whats the deal with those?

Congrats on the good looking formula !

SFC's hold the front and rear subframes together. Makes the car more rigid and prevents body flex, which can become a problem if you start throwing horsepower at it. Put it down as one of your first mods !

These are what I bought:
http://www.bmrfabrication.com/F-body...frameconnector
The boxed ones. Many other good ones from other vendors to choose from though. Check out the sponsors to the right!
