I agree I was expecting the exact same thing. Granted it makes sense. Here we have some rich kid bragging about all these great things that he has. Then he gets upset when people call him out about the stupid stuff he's said. Everyone has their own opinions and in threads like this we're bound to here all of them. I personally think threads like this are useless and should be deleted.

i've been saving for almost 2 years now. got my V6 bird a couple months after i turned 16. payed for half and all insurance.

now i'm 19...saved almost enough to buy my LS1 WS.6 outright...hopefully it'll work out this summer...

Good luck with the car man, and even though everything has already been said, when your out driving around in that WS6, think about the things that really matter, your life and your family (who by the way I can't ******* believe bought you a WS6 after you smoking weed) and don't let speed, arrogance, temptation to drive like an *** take away the things that should really matter to you and remember how much you mean to your family. Learn the car, the power, the restraint to not always use that power and stop smoking weed .

How would u like to work from 4pm-12pm on a friday night being a coursety clerk at Russ's here in lincoln,ne! Start paying for **** on ur own at least make payments or something the reason i didn't buy my car right out is cause i was didn't have the money at the point in time but i already have 1/2 the car paid! Wow........ I just turned 18 and I've had my Camaro since I got my license. I goto school and work 30+ hours a week to pay insurance, gas, car note every month. I'm sorry but I'm pretty good at being able to tell what teenager will kill himself in a fast car and you my friend are one of them.

dude, i dont think anyone on here is really haten on you for getting a WS6 at 16. hell, i dont think any of us would turn down that car if it was handed to us. man, im 26 and still working for my ls1. what we dont like to hear is that you say your a better driver stoned cause it makes you more focused. if that is true, id hate to see you driving sober!!

what we are trying to say is that driving a car with that kind of power should be a privilage. and most of us take your disreguard for your own life(and the others on the road with you) very seriously. cause all the news papers says is "16 yr old dies in WS6" which is why our preimuims are so high. im glad your not out trying to prove to yourself that your a good driver by lighting up the tires light to light, but you have to admit to yourself that you are still learning and that you really need to get familiar with your car before you do anything else.

like the others said, please dont become a stastic. post up some pics when you get a chance. sounds like you got a nice ride. enjoy it and be safe.

Congrats on the car, alot of people will hate on you because you didn't pay for it. I didn't pay for mine and it was paid for the second they bought it for me. Its your parents money and they can choose how to spend it, nobody on this board. Just don't become the statistic or you're just adding to the problem. I've had my car for quite some time now and now I'm 21 and she's still good to go. Good luck with it, and don't be a moron and take picture of your speedo going 155!

I dont know if anyone else has said this because I didnt feel like reading all seven pages of responses, but if you have got enough time to drive around in that WS6 "blazed", I think you have the time to go get a job. I bought a 94 Z28 about six months after I got my license and learned pretty quickly what these cars are capable of, and if you don't respect that, you might end up dead. Wait until your blazed again and have to drive home in the rain and you can find out for yourself.
