just got a 2002 Trans Am
hey guys, i'm booger... this is my first f-body, but i'm no stranger to them. growing up, my dad had a 68 Camaro RS/SS and still has it now. my first couple cars were Novas, then i got into Mustangs... i've still got a thing for Mustangs, but got the Trans Am for a daily driver. it's black on black with chrome wheels and was built in Aug. 02. it's only got 31,000 miles on the clock and that's the main reason i got it. my 91 LX 5.0 convertible Mustang was totaled and i had to replace it fast so i went looking at the local stealerships and wandered across the new (to me) bird
i'm looking forward to learning about the new ride here.

Nothing against 5.0 LX's as they were a formidable car in their day but the 02 T/A you have is a beast compared to the old 5.0's LX's!! Great that you found one with that low mileage!! You will love the LS1 plus you got one with an LS6 intake already on it. Gotta love that!! Have fun and welcome!!

nope... this is the only GM site besides the local f-body club that i've gotten on. i'm "booger" on a few sites i visit, so i figured i'd stick with the theme lol..
just "booger" was taken here, so the MSDR part of my username is from my website, MidSouth Drag Racing, and "booger" came from a nickname i got from my 01 Electric Green Mustang GT... it was lovingly referred to as the "booger green" Mustang.
Matt: i joined here because of you...
