Default Rookie looking to learn & get help
hey whats up everyone im new to this forum and to Ls1's. i have little knowledge on working on cars and am looking to learn. I'm about to buy a Stock 1995 Firebird LT1 six speed with 100k miles on it, next week and am looking for some tips. Wha should i look for when buying the car im going to bring it to a pro to look at before i buy but just looking for any heads up i can get. also after i get it i am going to want to start doing mods to it, just looking for some info on where i should start and what should be done first or right away. I'll be reading and doing research as much as i can trying to gain as much info as i can but any advice is good for me......

Start checking the "Stickies" in most of the forums. A lot of good general info on a lot of different topics. That'd be a good place to start. Welcome to the site.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SEE WHEN AND IF THE OPTISPARK WAS REPLACED. 1000.00 TO FIX. A MAJOR FLAW WITH THE LT1.
