Default Finally some pics! Post your comments!!!

Hey guys!

Finally got some pics of my baby! First, I wanna apologize for the quality and the fact that the car is dirty, we had a storm yesterday so the ground nearly switched from place with the sky.

Had it bought in august 05, stored during winter, started the exterior modding in spring 06 trough the summer and the car was ready to go 26th of july; but I couldn't give time to it or the forums either for I had to get hospitalized for a surgery untill Feb 2nd. Back on the track now, it's time to put some juice into that monster! I plan on doing all the upper part of the engine this summer (air intake, TB, intake, heads (maybe for the winter), exhausts and maybe some other stuffs i forget atm) and the bottom during the winter, prolly gonna put a 383 stroker kit during that time. I guess the rear end will be for the next summer when it'll blow up on the drag strip (please no) Here's a lil description of the car and the mods :

Firebird Formula Nov 98, 90k miles, Silver, Suede dark grey int, M6, A/C

Wheels: American Racing Rebel 18x9 front with 245/40/ZR18, 18x10 back with 285/30/ZR18 tires are Falken GFk 441 (Hard times to get that size in that brand lol)

Black tinted windows, Trans Am rear bumper with the special edition blacked out part scheme, brake lights black outs (not on pics).

For those who wonders for the hood, it's the Superhawk hood from US exotics made by Roger. I bought it back last summer when he started to make a new batch of'em. It's the 7th in the produciton out of the all 10 he made in that serie.

If you look closely at the front fascia, you can notice that the license pate hole is filled out. I glued out the plastic part to the bumper; used some special glue that is flexible once dried (gives about the same texture as the urethane plastic in which the bumper is made of) to fill the gap between the plastic plate and the hood; put some putty on that, shaved it and got it painted.

Tell me what you think!!

You bet I'm proud of that hood!
Back in the time when I had just bought my car and was surfing the forums, I once saw it, man it took my heart on the way back with it. And i'm glad it turned that good!

For the hood, check the first post. It's the Superhawk hood from US exotics. Don't mistkae it with a Firehawk hood, both looks the same, but the superhawk has bigger nostrils and higher airdam.
