Sounds good, keep us updated with the results. Just remember what ever you think you are going to spend, about double that figure and that is what you will most likely spend. I am sure you are experienced to know that if you have done swaps before.

Been a member of fast for years just never post there. I'm a mod on team3rdgen.com. Mainly a bunch of guys from St.louis area but we have members all over.

Yeah this is the first time i met someone so close as well. As of this afternoon i just got my oil pan back from S&P. Installed it and pulled trans away from engine to check clutck and flywheel. Of course it needs turned so i had the wife drop it off at auto tire machine shop on her way to work. Good news is the clutch seems new with about 500 to 1000 miles on it. I guess the prior owner replaced it but didn't feel like pulling the flywheel. I think the clutch can be reused anyways after i turn the flywheel. I'll ask at the machine shop. Anyway thats where i'm at as of today/.

Your way ahead of me. I still have to pull the old 305 out. Lucky for me though the new lt1's harness has already been fitted for a 3rd gen. I'm looking at Feb. Before I even start.

Hey I am from Cape as well. Although I am usually away at Mizzou. I am doing an extensive LS6/T56 swap into the trans am that will be done by February or so. I think I have the only medium blue metallic car in town now. There was that mbm vette sitting out by ace hardware but it sold to California.
