Thanks guys. ;o) I've been stuck on the "so you wanna be fast" thread reading stuff. Had to read a few things over to get it but I'm starting to understand a little bit better.
Me+GM...things = disaster.
Just ask TheRoad64 about the shopping cart... lol

Seriously. holy crap. Haha! And I don't think I've learned anything from that "make your car go fast" thread. Either that or I've attempted to stuff wayyyyy too much information into my head in one sitting and I've turned my brain to mush! ;o(
I can feel the smartness leaking out of my ears. NoooOooOooo!

welcome to the site....and good luck on the swap.
i would suggest just starting with a LT1 and some bolt ons for now. it will deffinatly get the job done for VERY cheap. and still put down some good times at the track, especially in a 240. the LT1's also have alot of good low end torque, so im sure you would really like that.
anyways hope you enjoy the stay.....oh and...ummmmmmmmm have fun with all the leg humpers![Leghump](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/leghump.gif)

Considering this is gonna be in a car that weighs significantly LESS with a motor that puts out oodles of low end and fun HP.. I think I'll make some decent time... IF I don't spin out around every damn corner. However, at the autoX track, I did very good at NOT spinning out or hitting any cones.. but that was with an underpowered fatass.
LOL I'm sure I'll be doing a lot of cone hitting and undesirable amounts of spinning out. YAY for asian drivers!!
