Losing confidence pretty quickly. When I first Pm'd, he answered within 30 minutes ... told me it would be done in 5 business days ... looks like he's missed that target and didn't reply when I Pm'd to ask him if he received my $270.00 money order ... not good business practice. I'll remain objective until next week. Hopefully, it will be here today or tomorrow.
I've heard it's the same way if you sent a core charge ... trying to recoup the money ... seems he always eventually pays up, though.
We'll see ...

Scott, if the TB you did for me gets here early next week, I don't want a partial refund. I want to pay you the full amount because of the time and quality of workmanship you put into your product. Monday, Tuesday, or even Wednesday is OK with me. Thanks for replying back. That's all I asked for ... just an ETA, not a discount, but, thanks for offering one.

The problem with being a small shop and doing all the work myself is that large increases in demand can slow me down at times. I'm training a new employee now to help take the load off me and to speed up delivery times.
I will have a new policy in effect starting Sept. 1. All TB orders received will be shipped within 5 business days or each additional day it's $10 off the price of the TB. It's an incentive on my end to get them pushed through (quality is still #1) and improve customer service. In the event demand exceeds my capabilities, I will make customers aware of it and give an expected shipping date. IF the order is placed, each day after the expected shipping date will be $10 off.
Also regarding core exchanges....
I will accept core returns no longer than 45 days after the TB was shipped to the customer. That gives the customer over a month to return their core. This is to ensure I can manage the number of cores I have to improve customer service as well. I have had some customers try to return cores 2-3 months after the purchase date. Not only is it impossible to keep track of the number of working cores I have, it makes it possible for a customer to pick up a used core somewhere and possibly return it at a profit. The idea of the core exchange is to speed up the process and limit downtime.

I checked at USPS.com and it didn't give me a delivery date or status of my package. I don't know how USPS does it but at UPS, they show what time/date the package was dropped off, when it arrived and left an airport....
All the USPS sight says is "USPS received a message from the shipper to EXPECT your package for shiping."
What does that mean? that USPS is waiting for a a package to send me from Jantzer? That IS NOT a F@$%ing tracking number! Thats like me saying I will ship the **** next month so expect a package. I've BEEN expecting a package for over a month now! I'm so mad I can't see straight.

Ok, my apologies to Jantzer. I LOVE his work (my TB is Beautiful) but I hope he gets his act together with shipping stuff on time. I wouldn't even be mad if he would have told me a month, because I would have known my car would be down for a month. If I would have known in advance I would have paid the core.

What type of refund are you offering us again in an effort to make things right? So . . . does this mean you're covering shipping as you mentioned in an above post???? If so, it contradicts what you are saying in your most recent response. Shouldn't it read after October 1st? I wouldn't even CARE about the ~30 bucks shipping . . . it's the principle of the situation . . . and this is most definitely NOT beating a dead horse (who else paypal'd $700? a ~month and a half ago

I hope the core refunds will arrive faster than the throttle bodies did . . . I'd hate to make this a 4 month affair over a couple of TB's.

Ok, its the 19th, 5 days later, and my tracking number shows that the USPS is still expecting a package to be delivered to me. Perhaps I am wrong but this tells me that he has not shipped it because they are EXPECTING a package FROM him to ship. I work in retail and we have tracking numbers on orders as they are made. I know what it is before anyone. All it means is that a tracking number exist for that order, it DOES NOT mean that the order is shipped as it rarely does even the same week. The package takes 5 days to get here. I'll take off two days for the weekend but somehow I still don't think it will find itself on my doorstep on the 21st.
