Yea TR has a first class operation going on over there. I just wish they weren't so far away <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
It's an 8.5 hour drive from me to them and I live in Texas!

Thunder Racing customer service kicks ***!!!
Thanks Thunder. I spent the morning on the phone with Summit and Jegs trying to get some Comp 918s. After walking the sales reps through what I needed they still couldnt understand a simple set of springs. No listing for 918s according to either company. Well I call Thunder, hoping they do COD since my credit card was stolen this weekend. Sure enough, I was taken care of. Excellent service, parts in stock and Ill be rolling this week. It was refreshing to talk to someone who I was giving my money to and actually get great customer service in return. I wish all companies were like this. I've bought stuff from them in the past but never really had to deal with them person to person. A couple of weeks ago, when my y-pipe and various parts came in (on a Wed.), it was minus a header gasket. I called Thunder and talked to Paul, I believe, and he had that gasket to me by Fri.
Yesterday I spent a good deal of time with Angie over the phone. She gave me some info on the Hooker Cat-Back that I was not aware of and set me straight on a few things. Indeed, I placed my order right after that!
Thank You Paul & Angie! ...and Thunder Racing!
I would keep those two around for awhile! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Paul has been more than helpful assisting me on setting up my valvetrain and heads around the TR 230 cam when i didn't even buy the cam from him.
He's a class act. Some of the best service period.

I've only had 1 or 2 dealings with Thunder Racing (another shops closer so I try to provide local business w/as much support as possible) but they were very professional and I received my parts (just a line lock) very quickly!

I also agree.
Every time I order they are very helpful and nice.
When I call for install tips for random products, they always have good advice.
It is very easy to buy from them, especually since parts are usually in stock

I've never really had bad luck with any of the sponsors, but Thunder has gone above and beyond for me before and I appreciated it very much. Even when the inevitable mistake occurs they always correct it immediately and without issue. Thunder is definitely my first choice when purchasing about anything for my vehicles - they do a wonderful job <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Thunder has always been quick to resolve a problem, even if it's not their fault... i.e. when my Hooker catback showed up without tips. My only complaint is now that I live in Vegas it takes 4 days to get my shipments instead of 2. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
