Name: White, David (smokinstorm)
Location: Outer Banks of NC
Order: Stage II 6 liter heads
Total $: Paid 1700 dollars in full up front
Date: July of 2004
Notes: I've agreed to accept less than what I was originally promised because, honestly, Jay didn't charge me enough. Also, I'm hoping it'll speed up the delivery.
Desired Outcome: I want my heads before Summer
Current Status: I think I'm #2 in line right now but am still unsure on the delivery time on my heads.

Here is my updated "master" list, please check / update the appropriate persons & the total amount owed. ARV of cores should be GM retail prices.

F., Joe (Smoke T/A)
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Order: overcharged by $280
Total: $280.00
Date: 06-29-2004
Notes: I received the heads but Jay charged me more than we agreed upon. I paid $700 on 6/29 and i was charged another $580 on 10/15 for a total of $1280. Our agreement was for $1000 including shipping As of 11-05-2004: I'm disputing the charges through my bank since since I provided the 5.3 cores and Patriot valve springs. Jay told me the credit went back through on 10-17-2004 and I still have yet to see it on my account.
Desired Outcome: Refund
Current Status: Resolved

My CC company reversed the charges and I now have my refund.

Hey 02 redhawk
I have been nice enough to tell Jay to forget about the Camshaft.
I talked to him 2 minutes after I talked with you on the phone.
I tried to call you back with no answer.
I already bought the same exact cam a few months ago anyways.

It's only 380 dollars. I would rather not have someone on here loose out on geting their heads because of a Cam I already have.
This is my gift to LS1tech members needing heads from Jay.
So Minus 380 bucks off. Also the LQ9 heads are only 400 or so per set unless you are using GM prices.
You can change that figure or leave it how it is I dont care.
Thanks

That's very generous of you.

The GM prices were used in all of the numbers 02RedHawk had, so I think we'll stay with those.

Come through???? wake up people, Jay has continued to lie to me and all of you, and has yet to follow through with what he said. Unless he is facing jail time, he has no reason to make good on any promises. His business is gone/done with so what does he have to loose??? Christmas cards/ thada boys from friends on LS1 Tech? (hahahah) When he makes an effort, maybe then I will change my shitty aditidue, but till then he has reached scum status with me!!

You guys need to file and get him on a payment plan. Simple as that. He only reacts when you call him. For some one who once told me he wanted to join the police force he sure lacks integrity. If you file he will never be able to work in law enforcement.

He has acturally (so he claims) already lost his police job.

Who knows.
I know there were 3 people supposed to be geting heads very shortly from what I was told, gonna have to find out if this acturally happened.

I'll find that info out tomorrow.

In the meantime, who knows of a reliable Attorney in the Long Island area?

Anyone have a friend on Lifba or in that area that can assist with finding a good Attorney?

Any chance you know who these 3 people were supposed to be. He hasn't delivered squat so I guess it doesn't really matter though.
