Want order cancelled (started process with Credit Card company to reverse charges) - have left email message to this effect, though no response from vendor regarding it. Voicemail full for past 2 months, so I haven't talked to him directly or been able to leave a mvoice message. I assume he knows.
Just to update: my CC company reversed the charges for me quickly and I've purchased AFRs. No word from Jay on the matter.

sent check 3/04 stage 2 5.3 on new castings
sent check 6/04 for short block Jay had with the above heads installed. Sent a new cam, comp R lifters, pushrods for the install. Also sent LSX 78mm intake and BBK 80mm throttle body. was suppose to open up LSX and work throttle body.
Option 1
Motor and parts shipped by Dec 1, 2004 with a tracking number and contact person to verify.
Option2
Money sent back by Dec 1, 2004 along with parts.
Option3
He can buy the parts from me and just send a check for the refund and parts ($5400).

Ordered: Stage-II LS6 Heads, complete & assembled. Details: Milled .020", Stage-II int/exh porting, 2.02 / 1.57 REV valves, Comp 978 dual-springs, titanium retainers. Target was for ~225cc intake runner volume, flow #'s 300+cfm at .550"+ lift.
When: 7/04, paid in full (personal check). I provided LS6 (243) heads as cores.
Desired outcome: Order to be fulfilled that meet Jay's strict quality, performance, & appearance requirements.....hopefully by end of January. Most importantly is to be kept informed of their progress & a realistic ETA on when they will arrive.
Alternative (if my order cannot be fulfilled): Refund ($1250) + LS6 Heads returned --or-- cash-equivalent refund for Heads ($2150 total).

Ordered 5.3 heads in July knowing there would be a wait. I last emailed Jay September 27 and received a timely response. I haven't tried to contact him since then. I'm not in any hurry as long as I know the heads are still on tract to be delivered in the near future.

Jason, i just got off the phone with afr, they are saying the set I orderd
for you will go out in 4-6 days, Once I get them I will send them to the machine
shop for all the solid roller work, I will keep you updated, Email me at this

I'd like to know, as when they were checked they had 180# closed, and 480# open. I have no clue what they are, and what they are for. So, any help would be appreciated.

Stage 2.5 5.3L heads.
Paid at the same time.
90mm LSX intake port matched to the 6.0 heads.
90mm LSX intake port matched to the 5.3 heads.
234/238 duration cam on a 112 LSA (not yet paid for)
I have been waiting forever and keep geting promise after promise until October, which is the last time I had contact with Jay.
Jay will NOT return my email's.
I must have either a refund or my heads by Dec 15th.
Cars have been siting for a half a year with no heads.

The LSX intakes I bought from Thunder racing and had them shipped to Jay.
They have been paid for and he can send me 1650 for these as well or send me the intakes back.
