On October 21st, I ordered a list of parts from Force Fed High Performance (Patriot LS6 cylinder heads, Comp Cam, Rollmaster Timing set, LS6 Oil pump)

A little over a week later, the cylinder heads showed up with the camshaft(head bolts, head gaskets, & timing cover gasket).


What failed to show up was: Rollmaster Timing Set, LS6 Oil pump, Crank bolt, and Water pump gaskets, Cylinder head Flow/Spec sheet and the Invoice showing what I have paid for.

I have called 14 times and left messages on the business phone, Scotts cell phone, and brads cell phone (according to the numbers on the website). I have dropped at least a half dozen emails and have only received two responses, both from Scott.


The best I have recieved was this:

disappointed.
Yesterday, I left a message on your machine and I'm sure
I sounded like a jerk, but these parts are holding me up,
and after what APE did to all those people, I get
extremely edgey when parts I pay for have not showed up a
month after I've paid for them.

I am not often at the shop,but I will get this all resolved
tomorrow and get your parts and spec sheet on the way to
you. Sorry for the delays, but you have my word I will get
it taken care of.



I am at wits end, and I have had all I'm going to. I'm going to talk to my bank today and see what I can do about getting my money back on parts not recieved. I may even send back the cylinder heads and camshaft and go for a full refund. I'll see what my bank says. They have been great about this kind of stuff before of protecting me and going after the ones who deem it not necessary to send parts that have been paid for, for over 30 days.

i sent youy an email from brad@ffhp.net last friday. your parts are supposed to be there on wednesday. we are sorry that it has taken so long we have had some major computer problems and all invoices were inaccesable for a short period. we got most of them back. the email also comtained the flow sheet for the heads since i think you didnt recieve one with the heads. if need be i can contact you by phone tomorrow and we can try work this out.

I responded to your PM, and hopefully as you suggested; we can make this right and put this to bed. Nothing would make me happier than to tell people how you went out of your way to satisfy a customer.

A word of advice.... Have those heads flowed local, mine were off over 20 points. The refund came real quick, sort of....

 

he stated in another post that he was having them flowed. i never heard anything from him after that.

 

I dropped them off, but the gentleman will not be able to flow them until after New Years. I'll take the flowsheet you guys sent me to compare. Is the sheet you sent me from Patriots bench or did FFHP have these flowed after the hand finishing?

I too ordered a set of heads from Forcefed HP and its been 2 1/2 months and no heads. My check was cashed quickly though. I have left bunches of messages and sent countless emails and no reply. Its holding up my project and now I am worried that my heads may never get here or might not be what they are supposed to be. I guess that I have to start trying to get a refund and maybe a ride to KY is in order, I am not that far away. That will be a nice visit!!
