Default WTF this is bulls**t!! Hi-Flo answer your phone!!!!

I have been calling for weeks now, no one has picked up or called me back. This has got to be the worst business experience I have ever had, completly the opposite of what was promiseed to me by Bill before I gave him my credit card number. The fact is that I have not driven my car for almost a year, at the same time i have been hearing "two more weeks" for about 6months now. Bill you have told me that you have sent me parts at least for about 2months, you are full of ****!!! Me and about 19 more of us gave our hard earned money to Hi-Flo for what? You have done nothing but lie, stall and put us all together for eight months now!!!!!!!!Now you guys wont return a call or even pick up the F****** phone! The bottom line here is that you have thousands of our dollars and you show us no consideration or respect thru your lack of good service that was promised and guarranteed. Iam sorry to all the members that I had to come in here to bitch about this but short of calling my credit company or the better business bureau Iam out of options. Bill I need to know when to expect my parts from you with out any bullshit.

sounds like a normal turbo kit issue. i have seen this happen now a couple times since i have been on the board. i would not buy a first kit from anyone. i would wait to see if they produce them in a efficient manner and if they keep in contact with people if there a problem. pretty much the exact opposite as what they are doing.

If they won't respond to your emails or phone calls then it's time to get an attorney. Make sure the owner of the company is listed individually as well as the company in your complaint/suit as the corporate veil doesn't insulate them from liability when fraud is involved.

I hate to see stories like this - sadly this seems to be the norm with shops that sell turbo kits. There is a huge difference between a shop with a turbo kit and an actual turbo kit manufacturer.

Man, I hate to hear stories like this. Almost a year without driving your car, no returned calls, and no returned emails. Its time to get an attorney and take some action, I like this forum and everyone on here, but thats ridiculous. Keep us updated and I hope there is an explaination, or you come to a compromise with hi flo on this.
