Is anyone else having trouble getting in contact with Joshua at Chrome and Performance? He said my tips should be here by Tuesday and it's now Saturday and still no tips and he wont return my PM's or phone calls. I'm not trying to make him look bad or implying he is trying to screw me over, i'm just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me.
Just an update, i got the tips, they look great. And Joshua even refunded me $20 just for the wait. Very stand up guy and i would definitely buy from again.

 

I have seen another post, he's currently MIA from what I can tell. Im sure it's something serious though as he seems like a very stand up guy. Im sure he'll come through.

yeah, when i first spoke with him he sounded like a very stand up guy, so i was kinda confused when he never got back with me. I'm sure there's prolly a logical explaination though

 

I want to know exactly what is going on here. Please post the day you ordered your tips, how paid, how ordered (email/phone/pm) and when you were supposed to receive them.

If there are any other orders outstanding please post the above.

I spoke to him on the phone about the tips, then I paid him on the 7th (Tuesday) with paypal. He said he would ship them out the next day and i should recieve them by monday, maybe Tuesday (the 14th) at the latest. It's now the 19th and i havent gotten them or gotten a reply from him. Hopefully they'll show up tomorrow. I'll post up if they do. I've already left him a message informing him if they dont show by tomorrow and he doesn't contact me explaining why the havent shown up, i'm filing a claim with paypal to get my money back.

For those that don't know what happened.... here's the Pm I sent today after I got out of jail. (that's why I didn't send your items immediately... I was locked up for two weeks with no bail.

Believe it or not I just spent the last 2 weeks in an Atlanta prison. I've been a reckless soul since my wife left 3 months ago and I finally hit rock bottom... lets just say that alcohol & firearms, don't mix.

I just spent the last two weeks in hell on earth stuck in a cell with a major drug trafficer (35+ kilos of coke, 1,400+ pot, over $2million in cash in a raid on his house) and a man who killed his wife.

My charges are actually going to be plead to a simple battery misdermeanor, but initially my bond was denied due to the percieved threat to the community .... I'm not a bad person... I hope you'll understand.

Well, brutally honest would come to mind but I must say - I think that is a first for a sponsor as to why they had not responded.

Lets still keep this and other orders updated as things progress for everyone, though any further personal details are not required
