Vengance Racing Good price I ordered Yella Terra 1.7 roller rockers for my car on the 28th of Jan. I expected them to be here 2-3 days. Its now Feb 5th, I had to call them to see where they were. I was told they won't ship until the 7th because they and their supplier were out of stock. So they probaly wont be here til the 11th now.
I ordered a pushrod length checker from them, came here in three days. Thanks, no use without my rockers though.
Your prices were good, but two weeks is terrible and its my daily driver. You could have atleast told me what was going on instead of leaving me in the dark.

Im sorry for the delay in shipment. As I told you I was relying on an order that was due in the following day and has STILL not showed up.
I do have Harland Sharp Roller Rockers IN STOCK if you would like to change your order. I can ship these out tomorrow and you will have them before the end of the week.

Thanks but I'm going with the Yella Terra's for their gains I've seen in the upper RPM's, or the hopes of finding some gains with them v. a harland sharp.
I didn't know your shipment was in late. Another place I talked to said they were waiting on a late shipment too.

Jordan, Ron is being straight up with you. We have been out of stock on yella terra's for a month now, and just now got a shipment in.
They were hard to get for a while there.
I am sure Ron will take care of you and make it right ASAP.
Once you get the rocker's you will be very happy they are a great product.

I never said he wasn't being straight up with me. I said the rockers are going to take two weeks to get here, which they are. His shipping is slow, his price was the best. I don't expect anything in return, I just left this as how my transaction went. Good price, slow shipping.
Im working on finding someone who may have them so I can purchase a few sets to hold me over until we get our order that is EXTREMELY LATE!!!! Trending Topics

Ron went out of his way and got me some rockers from another vendor and is having them drop shipped. He also offered free shipping on a purchase to make up for it. He definatly went out of his way to help me so I'll be sure to be back with my business. That is some top notch **** man, I really apprecaite that. I'll let you know when I need to order my pushrods when I get those rockers in!
Its impossible to avoid mistakes or delays, they happen. Not everyone goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible like Ron did though, hell most of them don't even try. Thanks man!
