Ohio Forced Induction April 7, 2008 I ordered Headers (hot parts) with a T6 crossover update and a 5” downpipe and paid in full. I still have not received them. About three weeks ago Joel assured me it would be shipped on Monday June 2nd, when I talked to Joel Tuesday June 10th he said he “forgot to ship them”. What is up with that?
Yesterday he gave a UPS tracking number, which by the way that is all it is, a number since the parts have not moved. Joel, I know you can get a UPS number and not ship the part.
Joel I have been patient and nice. Hell I have not even cursed at you………… yet.
I need my parts NOW! Please ship them. So no BS please just show me the parts or the money.

I find it interesting that within an hour three persons posted problems with OFI. It has been said misery loves company; in this case the fact that I have company makes me feel worst.
If theblur98ss and suprsick96 want to take a trip to Cleveland (OFI is not far from the airport) I would be willing to go. We could probably settle these issues amicably but in person.

All UPS states is that "billing information was recived on 6/12/08" (two days ago). If the item was really gone it would show somehwere else in the UPS system.

Actually yes it does, We have had it happen several times recently with UPS we make a label they pick up the trans or converter and then it shows only that package information transmitted to UPS and nothing more till suddenly it shows as delivered. Its weird but yes it has been happening intermittently the last few weeks

I am glad you saw the story. You see, I did not start doing this **** (drag Racing) yesterday. I have been through a few rounds!!!!! A lot of them low 8 seconds, now we are going for the low 7's

OK spoke to UPS on the phone today. They assured me that this package was never picked up. The also stated that if it would have been picked up it would show as such. FURTHERMORE they also indicated that if it had been picked up the delivery date would have been today.
They suggested that since the shipper (that is you) indicates that the package was picked up, you should put a tracer on the package.
Joel I feel I am been fu…d with. I do not like it and it pisses me off. So please do whatever you need to do so I get WHAT I PAID FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!

If my headers are not received by Friday June 20th, I want my money back. This would be 9 days from the alleged day of shipment. Plenty of time from when you indicated the package left to when it should have been delivered.
Please no excuses, stories or anything else. Money or headers. I need to move on with my project and right now you are holdings us back. I need the money so we can place an order to burns stainless and build our own headers. Frankly I feel sorry for your customers that do not have this option. and like ls6nz06 have been waiting for their headers longer that I have. I CANNOT WAIT THIS LONG!
It is sad that such a talented person like you cannot deliver as promised. You have a potential OF great thing going on but your downfall will be customer dissatisfaction. My advise to you is adjust you delivery promised time to whatever you truly feel you can deliver, even if it’s a year.

I apoligize for the mess up on the delivery. I went to UPS today myself at the next city over and found out that they never even scanned the box or moved it. They said they have been trying to get ahold of me, but I never recived a call from them. I have no Idea what the hell went on. All i know is that we had to make a new label b/c the other one got detroyed and the package is off to you. It will be there by friday. Here is the tracking # 1Z57E48Y0390272406

The only diference is that it is six days later. I still have a UPS number that has not moved. This time the package is 14 pounds lighter hmmmmm that is interesting if we are assuming it is the same package.
As for me, it is another day without my headers. As previously stated....... BY Friday June 20th it is money or headers.
