Sweet, Nice choice. It's funny as, I had a sixth sense that you got the car today, and I was on the lookout for a GTO running around town. I seen your girlfriend but I wasn't in the t/a at the time.

You know were gonna have to run them soon, I'm know your itching to get some races in. I've had the T/A a week now and only raced and spanked a vette

Edit: It's a six speed also, I better bring my A game, I'm still learning the launch on my car.

Mine had a short throw shifter, I removed that, put the taller one back on. Before that though shifting was a pain. So how you liking the 6 speed?

The six speed is great. The car is so easy to drive, ever for a novice like me.

Congrats on the purchase - the shifter on the GTO is in an "odd" position for me, but you should get used to it. That transmission is the best manual I've owned.

i test drove a silverado 2500hd today. its nice, fairly clean, but high miles. ill see how the financing goes on monday i suppose. ill have to snow blow out part of the backyard to park it. should look into building a three car garage this summer.

has the vortec 6.0, 4wd, 4 door extended cab, leather, etc.

ill keep the monte of course. this is just for shitty weather and hauling stuff for now. need to make sure its not gunna be a money pit first.

Nice clean ride. I picked-up a GTO in September when I was last in country. The car is very nice to drive and the interior is leaps and bounds better then any F-body.

Very nice.

If I wasn't paying for the wife's new CX-9 I'd be looking for one to import.
