Default Monte Carlo on Ebay

Hello,

I've been looking for a 06-07 Monte Carlo SS, and found this on ebay, and wanted to get everyone's opinion on it.

And the module replacements.

Looks like he owes about the same thing I do on mine. Hard to get rid of this 0% financing!

Looks nice - has a warranty and low mileage at a good price.

Good one.

That's my car on there. Here the story behind the warranty stuff.

This thread is getting activity, my ebay account is getting questions about this

The 3 rocker panel issues should only be one. They didn't fix it the first 2 times. The panel had a broken bracket on the rear and was starting to separate from the car. You could pop it in place, but after a while, it would start coming loose again. The first 2 times, I made the mistake of putting in place before taking it in. The 3rd time, I didn't so they could see how it was separating, and then replaced the whole thing, and this wasn't from my hitting the curb

03/31/2008 574032 # N2832 - RETAINED ACCESSORY POWER SYSTEM RELAY REPLACEMENT 21817 miles. No real story here. The relay shorted out and drained the battery.

07/19/2007 545534 # D0362 - HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL REPLACEMENT 16870 miles. The **** that controls which vent air comes out only allowed air out the floor vent. Happened during a heat wave, just my luck.

08/06/2007 547545 # J6354 - POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE ENGINE REPROGRAMMING WITH SPS 17817 miles. The temp quit displaying in the DIC, and the AC wouldn't come on with the remote start. Not sure why this would show as PowerTrain Control Module.

Mine has had a bunch of modules replaced as well. Buggy crap! I'd still recommend the car to anyone though.

Not to mess with the OP, but I'd probably ask the same price you're asking with 70k on mine. If it was red I'd buy yours and sell mine!

Good luck with the sale!

The best offer I've gotten so far is $12,000. I had someone offer $10,000lecture me I have to adjust for the econmoic downturn.

no hurry, gives me more leveage over the family to keep it when the Camaro arrives
