Default Did we get a good deal or not? 2006 GXP

2006 GXP 44K miles, 3yr/36K mile warranty (expires 2012, 80+K miles), every option possible including desert tint...15,300 bucks?

Car is in excellent condition, clean and clear carfax report.

I suppose the warranty is good so its not a bad deal...but I've seen 2008 GP GXP's with around 30k miles for 15.5k lately. Hell I could've delivered you my 08 GXP with 35k to Vegas lol.

Yeah, I figured SF would have a wider selection...so I guess we got screwed then?

Maybe a couple grand too high, but they're nice cars, enjoy it.

I got offered $11,500 on a trade with 75k.

Congrats on the purchase!

lol good job doing homework AFTER buying the car

As long as you enjoy it, the price is irrelevant if you could have gotten it a lil cheaper elsewhere

If it breaks a few times and you get your warranty money's worth, it will be worth the 15k. One thing to get is a previous list of completed service and warranty work on it. Dealer should be able to look that up with a vin or some people on here might be able to also.

It all depends on what they got it for and if it was traded to them directly. Also if you trade in a vehicle on it, how sellable it is, etc.

Another good thing to know is that you can negotiate your lease buyout price/terms. Especially if the current value is less. They really don't want leased vehicles back!

The GM Delphi navi isn't anything special anyways, I love my Pioneer AVIC.

I got my 08 with 16k miles for 18k May of 08. Damn, I just realized how long I've had it. This is the longest I've kept a car in a while!
