And the MAF is an 88 Cold Air which I never installed because I never got around to buying the translater for it.

plus, the stock MAF's are good for 500+ hp anyway, which we'll never make outta these cars anyway... you'll never max out the range of the stock MAF with these cars...
the aftermarket's cause tuning/running issues, and don't gain you anything anyway...

sorry dude, not tryin' to railroad YOUR sale, but just trying to help others and give 'em a heads up... there's no reason to swap our MAF's...
I have seen/tuned MANY MANY MANY people, some of which had aftermarket MAF's, and the tunes would never get dialed in correctly, cars wouldn't idle correctly, etc etc...
after putting the stock MAF's back on, VOILA!! everything ran perfect and was able to get dialed in correctly. so, all of these people ended up wasting $$$$ on the aftermarket MAF's, which don't do anything anyway, except lighten your wallet and mess with the car's tune causing it to not run correctly.
we'll never max out the usable range of our stock MAF's on these cars - which is the only time you really need to get an aftermarket MAF anyway - for high-horsepower applications of 500+hp where the MAF frequency is maxxed out... which is something that won't be reached in our cars either... the stock MAF is good for ~500hp...
you should also post it for sale on the http://www.ls1.com forum... bunch of camaro, gto, firebird/trans-am guys over there...

eh, didn't think that turbo kit brought it up THAT high hahaha... but anyway, so in that case, yeah you do need the aftermarket MAF it comes with, cuz now you're talking F/I and not N/A anymore, and you're over 500hp and at the limit of the stock MAF....
so still, for our N/A cars, an aftermarket MAF is not needed.
