I have a catless one and mine has two holes without any spaces. That should be fine though because the rear gasket looked identical to your rear flange.

Mine doesn't look like that, but that won't hurt anything.

Well its just that I have to center it up by eye to mount it. The studs are kinda of at the edge of the flange.

You could always get some stainless lockwashers and put them on before the nuts so it gives more of a tightening surface area. Without actually seeing how the DP fits it is hard to give advice. If it was me I would probably do something like this if I was worried at all. Hope this helps.

Get some high temp orange (for exhaust) silicon seal and glue the gasket in place before assembly.

The problem is that the the flange they used had the bolt hole spacing in the wrong spot, in this case too far in. They ground out the sides of the bolt holes so the studs can go through the flange. Looks kinda hokey. I was wondering if anyone elses rear flange looks like this. I have used this pipe before, I took it down because it was tossing codes. And I did secure it with washers to give it more clamping area but the standard nuts would've done fine. It never leaked from what I can tell....It just looks hokey.
