Thanks everyone for your knowledge While I will still contribute to the site it will be much less frequent after selling the Impala due to the family increasing in size. Wanted to thank everyone for their knowledge and the great atmosphere that is around this site. Been a pleasure.

Some of the neat options:
20" Wheels; heated 1st and 2nd row; cooled 1st row; SYNC with 911 call assist, turn by turn, bluetooth for phone, etc (just like onstar except free forever); USB input for stereo inside armrest, mutiple AUX inputs, backup camera and sensors, smoked headlights (yes standard), 9200 lb towing capacity, my 6'3"; 260lb frame can literally sit comfortably in any seat in any row (same can't be said for the suburban), rear seats fold into the floor (power), tons of performance aftermarket (pretty much an F150 under the skin as far as engine/trans/frame).

Thanks guys. As far as mileage, 13.5 all city so far. Guys with tunes are around 15-16 city. Really not much worse than the imp for something that weights 3+tons.

I personally hate 2 tone paint jobs so Limited it was. Limited models with no options are right at 50K MSRP.

sorry for your loss, but not a bad suv just don't like the newer 5.4ls kinda dogs IMO, even the newer superchargerd f150s only run mid 14s, so you will need all the mods you can get lol. My dad used to have a deisel excursion now that was a beast. when it was lifted on 35's noone got in your way lol

Why would you need fences in the neighborhood? I prefer the nice wide open look. Everyone with dogs just has invisible fences.
As far as power this isn't the toy, just a good people hauler. But that fact that super chargers, exhaust, headers, tunes, etc is already available is a plus.
Also I don't really consider the Impala a big loss. It started to have so many electrical gremlins. .. annoying.
