E85 + 8psi + n2o = e858psin2o lmao
well sprayed the N2O on E85 and 8psi and got all my final tweaks on the dyno with about 8 runs....Ill get the graphs up shortly....choppy as hell for a power curve but, this dyno was something to contend with newayz...it hates the dyno!! it gets all rough and choppy and then out on street its smooth as hell!!
So, no excuses but, this fwd turbo car just doesnt like the dyno guys...just part of it i guess...the dyno i use also has some pleat issues with traction...drums are a little slick...so..but newayz...
Im getting some 1218 PAC springs and going to 10psi and spray...we will see how the fuel pump holds up with it...if not...a stand alone fuel cell will be in my future...returnless
but with the 30% more fuel for E85 and then the 30% larger jet for my N2O shot...pump still keeps up!
So stay close...im trying to get them from my tuner right now...if not..ill just go to my dyno guy...give me 24hrs atleast LMAO...

Project: GXP-TN2O progressive dyno graph with E85/Boost and N20
here ya go guys....and for whatever reason i wasnt building full boost on dyno like i said when it was without the N2O...but it does fine on street...so who knows...so a little more power in there....you can see where it fell short from 8psi on 93 to only 6psi on E85...so prob will get some more power out of it if it would boost fully on E85 on the dyno....its so close that the 2 psi would of bumped it right over that 93 run IMO...but part of it!
Enjoy...
Enjoy...

Mike I appreciate the hell out of that!! you know im humble about that kind of stuff...but thanks...its alot of fun when it works right...think im doing some heads and no cam with springs and pushrods for my next endeavor here....doing some custom rear mount turbo grinds and turbo specific valves....just something to kick it in the pants a little more...might lower the compression ratio to a 9.5:1 and see if i cant put a lil more boost on her...like a comfy 12-13psi LOL and then will prob have to get a stand alone fuel cell for my N2O system...cause i imagine the pump will be ***** up with that kind of power....i know Cartuning got 500whp on stock pump with rewire....and I have a Walbro with the rewire...so we will see...holds up good on up to 10psi...only see it dip to like 48-50psi before i start floating valves....and afrs look good!! and the N2O on 8 psi does just fine...its a small enough orface through the fuel jet i think to not put too much of a load on it...its a small shot but is almost a 100 under boost LOL...so lucky me! LOL...

i know that with 10psi we still see great afrs with 47-49psi....but have to wait to get my springs for that cause of the valve float..we let the afrs tell us not the fuel psi....some cars run on 32psi and afrs look good before they go lean...but dont want to go too close to threshold....
now, with 8psi im seeing 52-54psi...then shoot the n20 with the e85 fueling jetted, I see 47-49psi....so, i loose around 3-5psi with the n20 shot...and i figured with my pump seeing 47-49psi on 10psi...if i spray on that im looking at probably 42-44psi.....
some will tell you that the 255lph pumps...walbros or whatever, or usually only good for around 420whp on E85...due to 30% approx increase in everything related to fueling basically...so...i think we will be around 500whp on 10psi and the "90" shot which is really a 50 jet that makes that power with da boost...LOL (if you look at my math numbers from the other post, the car is where it is predictable for the most part now)
my advantage is that I can fall just shy of the "max" of the pump(400-410) and then the small percentage remaining I can use to push through my .026" diameter fuel jet...and that is worth far more power after a 420whp cap out then what i can make off of the turbo forcing air in...so have to get power from the engine without the larger increase in fuel...so not counting on boost at that point...just more power generated by a smaller percentage of fuel in the form of the N2O shot......if you see what i mean...??
thats the plan to make power on 1 pump...its all of it in harmony...is the goal...but thats the biggest shot ill go and the most ill cap out the fp for hp just from boosted power....im already past my 7/8" race chain limits LOL...our tq alone is going to probably be well into the low to mid 500's is she stays predicatable like I said...and the HP gains with boost havent steered us wrong thus far LOL
