Damn....... Congrats on your new time. So then u hold now the fastest N/A LS4!!! Out of all your mods ,which one do u think made the most difference in performance? Was this done with street or drag radials?

I was using spring blocks and nittos Nt555R's and traction was perfect. My converter is really hurting my 60ft times.. I should have tried foot braking it off of the line

Also the trans was slipping 1-2 so I had to shift a little early to prevent hitting the rev limiter (6800)

Camshaft has made the biggest improvement by far. Everything works together.
I'm still not happy with these times. I need to hit a 1.8-1.7 60ft and get the MPH back up to 111. I'll try again on Wednesday.

Raced a lot of cool cars and out of 10 I lost 2. Lost to a 98 F body with heads, cam, intake, headers, pullies and such.. he ran a 12.77@113 with a 2.1 60ft. Real cool guy..
Lost to a 2011 CTS-V.. I beat him the first time 12.71 to his 12.95 and then we hot lapped and I spun and ended up hitting13.18 to his 12.664. He was a nice guy too and let me sit in his car.. I was kinda of a dick to him and felt bad driving home He said he hates fwd and I said I hate rich guy's who don't build their own cars.

12.4's to come!

It's amazing what forced induction can do with aftermarket support isn't it?

Stock vs. stock, no way in hell and the GXP will smoke you around the corners and stop on a manhole.

Headlight out, otherwise stock.

2.081
5.883
9.057
77.86
11.784
14.076
98.46

Averaged a horrible 14.41 @ 97.26 over 8 runs. 1 in the 0s, 1 teen, 2 in the 30s, 1 in the 50s, 1 in the 70s, 1st run was in the 80s. All with 2.1-2.5 60'. I was trying to get after it a bit much on the old street tires.

For having 63 more horsepower and more weight than my 98 GTP, the GXP runs much better. Stock for stock, the GXP went 7 tenths faster than my GTP. It's known the 3.8 can run good, but it has had many years of strong backing by the aftermarket.

You ran a 13.20 with a 3.5 pulley? Cause if you did that thing is a freak.

Seems like this list never gets updated. I posted new times back in february of 2011. Is it up to moderator to update? Not complaining, just asking.

Not yet. End of last year had some issues that did not allow anything good to come out of the car. I had some slippage in 3rd due to trans that has been cured with more capacity via cartuning trans pan spacer. Been fighting a vibration that has come down to my PI billet cover converter and i just pulled it out today and it is being sent back to PI. It will be a few weeks and then hopefully everything will be set to go to the track again.
