Don Rome STB Bars

The brackets are all the same since I drill the holes in jig, and use a template for the outside shape that's located in position using the bolt holes and 1/2" diameter pins. The main thing is you got them to fit so that's really all that matters. The rear brackets can't be seen anyway.

I have only had a handful of cars that my parts didn't fit, so you have a rare car. I'm guessing the body putty welds are applied by hand, and sometimes they get them off the mark. Sometimes the location of the strut mount studs vary too, since they are in the rubber strut mount.

Just FYI you'd be better off buying the rear one, unless you just want it for looks. The front helps a little, but the rear one is where it counts.

Ok great thanks. I had bought some for my GS from Don sometime ago. The front already had the holes. I got some SLP stb's and put those on my GS. Took the other one and put it on the rear of my SS. I had put the SLP on the SS but it was too much interior noise with it sitting on the alt. Other than that good fit.

I just received a set of bars and brackets that I shipped to Milana Lerman in Canada and the package was marked unclaimed. If you are a member here please contact me about this matter.
