It wouldn't hurt to have it checked yearly, or when you get new tires or do a suspension change. Always check for uneven wear during routine maintenence - if you catch something early you might be able to save buying new tires.

I think we need to be more specific in saying there's too much negative camber.
There's too much negative camber from the factory as it is. Lowering the car makes it even worse.
